Kayden's Bravehearts

FIT LIFE is sponsoring the “Kayden’s Bravehearts” team and their walk to help save the lives of children who have Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome like the nephew (Kayden) of one of our trainers. The team will be doing a walk on April 25^th in Wheaton Regional Park to help benefit the Congenital Heart Association. If you want to join our team, here is the link to register……

HOW YOU CAN HELP LOCALLY…….Come to the Greene Turtle in La Plata on March 24^th and eat with your family. A percentage of your bill will go towards our team’s fundraiser.
